Heart disease is a class of diseases that involve the heart, the blood vessels or both. The causes of heart disease are diverse but atherosclerosis or hypertension are the most common. Additionally, with aging come a number of physiological and morphological changes that alter cardiovascular function and lead to subsequently increased risk of cardiovascular disease, even in healthy asymptomatic individuals.

Heart disease is the leading cause of deaths worldwide, though since the 1970s, cardiovascular mortality rates have declined in many high-income countries. At the same time, cardiovascular deaths and disease have increased at a fast rate in low- and middle-income countries. Although heart disease usually affects older adults, the antecedents of cardiovascular disease begin in early life. There is therefore increased emphasis on preventing atherosclerosis by modifying risk factors, such as healthy eating, exercise, and avoidance of smoking tobacco.

Every 3rd women in Croatia, as well as in  USA, dies of heart disease and stroke each year. Celebrate Wear Red Day to help save women’s lives.

Hello there my lovely friends!

In case anybody was wondering... Woke up saturday morning....
No coffee, no cigarettes, no internet....and I got my period. Lucky girl, right?
I got my internet fixed today, so it's long due to post this, I apologize.

Pozdrav lipi moji!

Ako se iko pita.... Probudin se u subotu ujutro...
Nema kave, nema cigara, nema interneta.... I dobijen. Sritnica, jelde?
Danas su mi popravili internet, malo kasnin za ovaj post, ispričavan se.

- EVELINE 8in1 base coat
- Golden Rose 227
- Manhattan 94V
- CR 51
- essence 'better than gel nails' top sealer
- sponge

I filed my nails down a little bit, they were too round for me, so I managed to 'squoval' them again. :)

Malo san isturpijala nokte, bili su mi nekako previše okrugli, pa san ih uspila 'squovalat' opet. :)

Beautiful orange color with a jelly formula. After 2 coats, which I have here, you can still notice the VNL.
I decided to stop there because I was sponging my tips, but I'd do 3 coats if I was gonna wear it alone.
I dislike these bottles, they take much space in my storage. Not a huge fan of the brush either, it's very short
and narrow. It's fine now when my bottle is full of polish, but later on it will be tricky to get to the polish.
The polish formula is quite smooth and easy to apply, dries very glossy and I like it.
They get a 7/10 from me, because of the packaging.

Gorgeous chocolate brown color with a cream formula.
Creamy, easy to apply, opaque in 2 coats. Beautiful color for fall.

Prekrasna čokoladno smeđa boja sa krem formulon.
Kremast, lako se maže, pokriva nokat sa 2 sloja. Odlična boja za jesen.

Christmas glitter mix. Red and gold small-large metallic hex glitters.
No 'fishing' needed for this polish, but you need to work a little bit with it and place your glitters
evenly on the nails.

Božićni glitter mix. Crvene i zlatne male-velike metalik hex šljokice.
Nisan tribala 'pecat' šljokice kod ovoga laka, ali san tribala malo poradit na sloju da ravnomjerno rasporedin šljokice.

This is all for this post, I hope you enjoyed it.
I apologize once again, but there was nothing I could do to fix it quicker.
Thank you for your time!
Take care and enjoy,
until next post,
xoxoxo
