DIY peeling

Hey friends! / Pozdrav prijatelji!

I don't know what the hell is going on with me, just feel so heavy.
I think I should have never gone off my diet. LOL
Meant to do this post for so long, now I'm finally getting off my ass and writing it.

Neznan koji mi je vrag, tako se teško osjećan.
Mislin da se nisan tribala skidat s djete. LOL
Ima dugo vrimena ovo želin napisat, sad se konačno dižen sa guzice i pišen.

I made this peeling for my legs, to go in more detail, for my ankles.
But I use it on my entire body once a week.

Ovaj piling san smišala za noge, da oden u više detalja, za gležnjeve.
Ali koristim ga po cilon tijelu 1 put tjedno.

The ingredients: / Sastojci:

- 4 tablespoons Polenta / corn grits? / 4 jušne žlice Palente / kukuruzna krupica
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice or granulated citric acid / 2 jušne žlice Limunovog soka ili limunske kiseline u granulama
- 4 tablespoons Sugar / 4 jušne žlice Šećera
- 4 bags or 4 tablespoons Green tea / 4 vrećice ili 4 jušne žlice Zelenog čaja
- 'eyed' Olive oil / 'od oka' Maslinovog ulja


First I mixed the dry ingredients well (no I didn't LOL I was rushing, but you do, please) in the container
I wanted to store it. Then I added just enough olive oil to make it all wet. Mix it again and you're good to go.

Prvo san suve sastojke dobro pomišala (nisan LOL žurila san, ali Vi ih promišajte, molin Vas) u posudi u kojoj sam ovo želila držati. Onda san dodala tek toliko maslinovog ulja sa sve bude vlažno. Opet malo promišate i možete ga koristiti.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I added the lemon acid because I have little mosquito bite scars all over my body,
especially all around my ankles and I wanted to bleach them. If you don't want a bleaching effect just
kick the lemon acid or juice out of the mix and you're good.

MOLIM VAS UZMITE U OBZIR ja san dodala limunsku kiselinu jer iman male ožiljke od ugriza komaraca po cilon tilu, osobito oko gležnjeva i želila san ih izbjelit. Ako ne želite nikakav efekt izbjeljivanja samo izbacite limunsku kiselinu ili sok iz miksa i sve oke.

This peeling is great for the entire body, unless you have really sensitive skin, works wonders for your elbows and knees. I also use it right after I push back my cuticles.

Ovaj piling je dobar za cilo tilo, osim ako imate stvarno osjetljivu kožu, čuda čini na laktovima i koljenima.
Ja ga koristim i nakon što 'gurnem' zanoktice nazad.
