Yummy healthy food = awesome nails, skin, hair, body and soul! :D

Hey guys! / Pozdrav ljudi!

I did my nail care routine, shared some tips & tricks, now it's time for a food talk!
I've heard a lot of people talking about, and taking supplements for better nails, hair...
I'm not judging you if you take them, I'm just not that kind of person. I want to talk
about foods/food groups that'll make your nails awesome!

Već sam napravila rutinu za njegu noktiju, podijelila neke savjete i trikove, sad je vrijeme
za hranu! Čula sam da puno ljudi priča, i uzima dodatke za bolje nokte, kosu...
Ne sudim Vam ako ih uzimate, ja jednostavno nisam takva osoba. Želim razgovarati o

Girls, I fucking hate eating meat. To be honest, if I didn't love chicken I'd be a vegetarian...again.

Uglavnom, jedite što god zadravije! Ja jedem zdravo, i uživam u svemu, osim......
Jebeno mrzim jesti meso. Iskreno, da nevolim piletinu bila bi vegetarijanka......opet.

As for the workout part, I had like an idea right now. Whenever I workout, the only thing
that keeps me going is a quote I heard "SWEAT IS FAT CRYING". So when you see a
polish you want, or a pretty color, or pretty nails you get excited, then you want it so baaaad,
then you get kind of panicky, then you start SWEATING. CAN YOU SEE IT?
ANYBODY? Sweat is fat crying?! Hellouuuu?! Look at pretty nails and the workout part
is like, basically covered. *twirls hair* Genius, I know.

A za vježbanje, puče me ideja ovaj tren. Kad god vježbam, jedina stvar koja me gura dalje
je citat kojeg sam čula "ZNOJ = SALO PLAČE". Kad vidite lak kojeg želite, ili lipu boju,
ili lipe nokte pa postanete uzbuđeni, pa to želite tako jaaaaako, onda Vas uhvati panika, pa se
počmete ZNOJITI. VIDITE? ITKO? Znoj = salo plače?! Haloooooo?! Gledajte lipe nokte
i vježbanje ste, kao, odradili. *vrti kosu* Genijalno, znam.

    1. ili na youtube odeš gledat kolekcije lakova, ja naidjem uvik na neku od 40 min, eto, poštena vježba hahaha :D

  2. Loved your post and already passed the information to a file, to have it by hand! I love eggs! And they bring so many nutrients, I believe in eating one egg everyday! Almonds are one of my favourite too, but around here they are so expensive... it's a shame.
    Easter is coming so my grandmother bought a few covered in white and pink sugar. I do eat one or two everyday,

    1. I think it's easy to say 'eat healthy', but nobody mentions that eating healthy is freaken expensive lol. I eat super healthy, my only weakness is chocolate mmmmmmmm :D, and I hate red meat -_-" Thanks for you comment dear ^^ :D
